这真的是euro-centric疯了，说历史强调资本主义的合法性也就算了，还不忘来臭你中国和俄罗斯一把。话说后面直接把大革命的法国对美国法律的影响抹消了，不愧是英国人啊。

反恐带来的安全胜过人权的理念，是对大宪章的考验。这些反思还是挺让人觉得可贵的。
